Often, even entering a gym for the first time can seem daunting and sometimes over whelming. Here at Inner Strength, it is recognised that having a personal trainer to guide and encourage you through training is extremely beneficial. Whether you have been a frequent gym user for years, or if you are new to the gym, personal training can really give you the motivation and knowledge to achieve your goals.

Victoria has been a certified Personal Trainer for over four years, with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Victoria qualified in 2014, before going on to study BCS Sports, Health and Exercise Science, majoring in Sports Nutrition and Exercise Psychology.  This has provided her with the insight, to understand the benefits of exercise, not only physically but also mentally.


One to One

One to one personal training gives you the opportunity to achieve your individual fitness goals. Each training session is designed to push you to your limit. Whether your goal be, building muscle, losing weight, boosting metabolism, or improving your overall health, training sessions are tailor made to suit individual goals

Two to One

Still feeling unsure, grab a friend, partner, or family member and head to the gym for a two on one session. It doesn't matter if your goals are different, session plans can be made to suit you both. Training with someone you know can give you the confidence and motivation to make a habit become a lifestyle.

Group session

This is a functional fitness based boot camp, for men and woman, every Sunday at 8:00am. Based at SJ Fitness, Camborne. The hour long session aims to improve your cardio vascular fitness, increase strength, lose unwanted weight, whilst toning your whole body. All abilities welcome. Please book as limited space.


Tailor made programmes are great for those who have a busy lifestyle but want to shake things up a little. Programmes can be designed not only for the gym, but for home workouts and even a sessions to do in a lunch break from work. 

Training programmes are adaptable for people who are short on time, or people who decided to train outside of the gym.

I've never used the gym before and Vic was amazing at making me feel comfortable in my new surrounding , she came up with a plan for me that suited my fitness level and she was so nice we had such a laugh together as well, challenging me but with good humour .
